Century 21 Greengarden was founded in 1982, with just three agents and a steadfast belief in always doing the right thing on behalf of the people who put their trust in us. Today we are the home of over 100 productive agents, with offices in Monroe, Bridgeport and West Haven. From our small beginnings, we handle more transactions per year than any other company in Fairfield County and are now making our way in New Haven County as well.

 

While Century 21 Greengarden has grown tremendously over the years, Mark Greengarden takes pride in the fact that our company still has a strong family atmosphere. Our unique sense of teamwork also sets us apart from the rest, we have no egos here! Our agents help each other, knowing that this brings us all to a higher level, translating into a level of customer service and client loyalty that is truly exceptional. 

Century 21 Greengarden Agents receive the best training available. Century 21’s online Learning System, gives our Agents access to virtual training that is instructor led or self-paced. An example is the widely acclaimed Create 21 training system.  This is a virtual training system, where Agents join live instructors online, with classmates joining them on the computer throughout the country.  This coursework is held online for three weeks, three hours per day, four days a week.  Afterwards there is a period of self-paced training for approximately three weeks, until completion. 

Our Agents also benefit from our In-House Coaching Program. This program is not a "cookie cutter" program, as we understand that each Agent brings their own unique skill set and so has their own unique needs. These are sessions held in each office, generally taught by Mark, or one of our trainers or managers.  These sessions are focused on guiding Agents in building their business through prospecting and marketing. We also discuss new trends and technologies in the Real Estate industry and new markets available for expansion.
